Congressman Steve Cohen has been recognized by the League of Conservation Voters for a near-perfect voting record in 2010 on its National Environmental Scorecard.
Cohen is one of three Tennessee Congressmen to score 90% or above.
The National Environmental Scorecard rates Members of Congress based on how they voted on several key bills in the 2010 session, including:
- Energy Efficient Loan Programs
- Consolidated Land, Energy, and Aquatic Resources Act of 2010
- The Upper Mississippi River Basin Protection Act

Cohen previously earned A’s from the League of Conservation Voters for his 2009, 2008, and 2007 voting records. In 2010, the League of Conservation Voters endorsed his re-election.
