Congressman Steve Cohen earned an “A” on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Scorecard for his voting record in the 111th United States Congress. He is the only member of the Tennessee Congressional delegation to score an “A”.
HRC rated the members of the 111th Congress on their voting records on such bills as the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell Repeal, the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act, the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, and many others.
