Congressman Steve Cohen has earned a 100% score from the Planned Parenthood Action Fund (PPAF) for his voting record since assuming office in 2007, the only 100% score in the Tennessee Congressional Delegation.
The PPAF Scorecard tracks how Members of Congress voted on bills such as health care funding for low income women, preventing women’s health care from being undermined, and protecting access to birth control and reproductive choice.
