Cohen EPA Amendment Passes

Rep. Steve Cohen offered an amendment to the Clean Water Cooperative Federalism Act of 2011 (H.R. 2018) that would ensure the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) maintains its existing authority to regulate pipelines crossing streambeds. The Cohen Amendment was accepted and added to the bill.
