Funding the 9th District

To be an effective Congressman, you must always be willing to fight for the interests of your district, and a large portion of that is making sure that your district receives its fair share of federal funds.

The money we bring home goes into worthwhile projects. It goes into improving infrastructure, scientific advancement, and most importantly, the creation of jobs right here in the Ninth District.

In Fiscal Year 2007, I was the fourteenth highest ranking freshman Congressman as it relates to bringing money home to the district.

Fiscal Year 2008 looks to be shaping up even better.
