The Women For Cohen Fundraiser

Women For Cohen recently held a fundraiser in Memphis basketball great Elliot Perry's Downtown loft.

"It exceeded all expectations," said Fundraising Director Brice Timmons.

The Host Committee for the event included educator and former NAACP National Secretary Maxine Smith, Gayle Rose, Kim Perry, Lynne Turley, Frances Hooks, and Gina Sugarmon.

Russell Sugarmon, Shelby County Trustee Paul Matilla, Shelby County Assessor candidate Cheyenne Johnson, Judge John Fowlkes, State Senator Beverly Marrero, and State House candidate Jennings Bernard were on hand for the occasion.
